Innovation Through Collaboration

Progress in cancer research is most quickly accomplished through collaboration and partnership, through sharing of both successes and challenges in discovery. To facilitate this, The Hope Foundation supports SWOG’s bi-annual group meetings, where over 2,000 physician-researchers and oncology professionals convene each year to share results, innovate, and present novel ideas for future progress.

Committee Support for Group Meetings

The Hope Foundation provides both administrative and financial support to enhance every group meeting experience. SWOG disease, research, and administrative committee chairs are provided the opportunity to request up to $15,000 annually from The Hope Foundation to strengthen committee efforts at group meetings which are not currently funded by the NCTN or NCORP grants. Funds may be used for invited speakers, special A/V needs, and more. See application for committee group meeting funds.
