Information Collection, Use, and Sharing

The Hope Foundation solely owns the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via e-mail or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via e-mail in the future to tell you about Foundation news.

Donor Privacy

The Hope Foundation places our responsibility to the donor above all else, and we treat your information and interest with integrity.

We do not sell or share any donor information (names, e-mail, addresses, phone) without your knowledge, whether it is collected online or offline through mail or direct donations.

Additionally, we are happy to recognize your intent to opt out of any donor lists, e-mail or communications efforts—just click the “Please make my gift anonymous” box with your donation, hit unsubscribe to any digital correspondence, or send an e-mail to [email protected] and we can meet your specific privacy needs. We aren’t interested in sending you unwanted information—but we are interested in celebrating the important goals that our patients and researchers achieve in fighting cancer. We are grateful for your participation and support!

Security

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way.
